Cancellation & Refund Policy

Delivery, Cancellation and Refund

Payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been delivered. However, refunds may be issued in cases of technical errors, duplicate payments, or service failure, as outlined in this policy.

In case of verified technical issues that prevent service delivery, users may be eligible for a refund or service credit at our discretion.

No refund shall be processed for the reason that incorrect information or data has been provided by You. The User agrees to be careful while providing any information and must re-check all details before confirming a transaction. Users may request a change in incorrect information by contacting customer care before the service session begins.

Refund on a pro-rata basis may be considered for any delay in the activation of subscription services.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the conditions outlined in this policy. Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed after deduction of applicable transaction charges levied by the Bank and/or the Payment Gateway.


Service Failure & Session Issues

If a paid session is not delivered, interrupted significantly, or fails due to platform issues (such as a call drop, expert unavailability after payment, or poor connection caused by our systems), users may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future session.

To report a session issue, please contact our support team at support@leochats.in with details of the session. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of the affected session.


Payment Failures

In case the Website or Payment gateway's webpage is experiencing server-related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’, the User shall, before initiating a second payment, check whether their Bank Account has been debited.

  • If debited: Do not pay twice; contact customer care immediately.
  • If not debited: You may initiate a fresh transaction.

Refunds for duplicate payments against the same order shall be processed in full without deduction of transaction charges. The Website shall only retain the cost of one single intended order.


Order Acceptance and Cancellation

The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Some situations that may result in cancellation include non-availability of the service, pricing errors, or inaccuracies. If the User's order is cancelled after charges have been paid, the said amount shall be refunded in full.
